I've only listened to you for 10 seconds and I'm going to guess you're Canadian!

I’m not! I’m from South Carolina and have lived in Wyoming for 25 years😃

It's amazing how interconnected the world is -- I thought I had no connections with WY whatsoever, then I leaned over from my bed to pick up my favorite bottle of Pascalite clay...from Wyoming 😳

Thanks , great video. I was diagnosed with IBS, and my doctor prescribed probiotics. After a month of taking probiotics, | experienced an improvement in my symptoms.
However, I suddenly started experiencing muscle tics all over my body, anxiety, and night sweats.
Now, I find it difficult to sleep; I wake up in the middle of the night sweating, with my heart racing. Could it be histamine intolerance cause of the probiotics?

I'm sorry to hear this! It could be from histamine but it could be also be that the probiotics causes some pathogens to die which released a lot of toxins which your liver and other drainage pathways couldn't handle.

Can you explain low histamine levels ? Mines are low and I feel off balance and anxiety and keep waking up and slow digestion. Can you tell me how to raise my histamine levels? I also have leaky gut

That makes sense because histamine affects digestion and appetite. Low histamine can be from not eating enough protein which has the amino acid l-histadine. It could also be from low stomach acid and not digesting protein properly. Vitamin B6 is also needed to make histamine.

After many years of insomnia and gut problems I recently got tested for allergies which came out positive on various chemicals. I watch my diet and back up with just half a dose of antihistamine every evening. That has made a big difference to my sleep routine and intend to stay on it. A bit like a diabetic needs insulin.

      Glad to hear it's helping!

@@thesleepdetective Yes definitely helping. I believe more people need testing for allergies, those with positive results would benefit from antihistamine therapy/medication. There would be a strong possibility that there would be a significant decline in mental health issues e.g. sleep deprivation and a significant reduction for those needing anti-depressant medication.

@@elainescott4702 I agree! And also please know that instead of medication, the key is finding out why your body has too much histamine and can't clear it properly. It's usually from poor gut health, food sensitivities, and liver detox issues 😀
