PHIL DARU’S FIGHTREADY MMA PLAN - My Experience

  • I’ve been following this plan for a little more than a year and I am pleased with my experience and results.
    I will say that this plan is very involved and comes essentially in two flavors. The “in-camp” and “out of camp” approaches are what sets the two sides of FIGHTREADY MMA which are both included in the same price. While I mainly do BJJ, I also do MMA which was the reason why I went with the MMA focused plan rather than the BJJ plan which is available for purchase.
    With the plan purchase, comes the access to the website which has plans via PDF and a massive amount of content and videos to explain how the plan works and how to perform most exercises. With that, I’ll say that there were times that I needed to google/search UA-cam for an explanation as the naming in plan versus the database did not always give me results but I do not think this is a reason to be too upset. Overall for someone like me who is busy but can hold myself accountable to these workouts, I feel that my body is performing better than ever before. I used to run, swim, and do push/pull/legs along with training and that left me feeling strong but my gas tank suffered. I feel like that’s no longer an issue for me and I feel even stronger and am leaner.
