Good looking parts. I hope they last for you. I may have just missed it but could you show your brake ducting setup? I boiled my brakes at my last track day. So, brake ducts are on my winter projects list. Ps. There was in fact audio in that part of the video. 😂
I’m on the fence about this quick release - aside from price point, can anyone tell me why they’d buy this over something like the WorksBell Rapfix II?
Worksbell have always been higher end quick releases and hubs. They make great products. That was going to be my first go to but I saw this one released and figured I’d give it a shot for 2 main reasons. Price and the QR being splined rather than ball bearing (like the worksbell) but the worksbell one is I believe the highest quality ball bearing QR.
@@MitchelYardley unfortunately yes, theres even play turning side to side now. Like if I hold the hub, I can move the whole quick release and see the visible play at the splines
@@MitchelYardleyand I’ve only removed and installed the steering wheel a hand ful of times. Quick release has only been on my car since Thursday of last week
@@MitchelYardley oh okay thanks for the respond, and i wanted to ask if , with your setup, you can still use you horn and if you have an airbag faker or just let the error on your dash?
I love your install videos always straight and to the point no bs keep up the great work!!!
02:00 "There's no audio here anyway... Now there's going to be..!" LoooL

I actually don’t have brake ducts at the moment 🫣 I have the AWR fog light ducts installed as well as the duct’d brake baking plates but just no hoses
Yo dude, how did you get your airbag light to stay off after install. 3 ohm resistor inline at the connector like people use with the older miatas?
My air bag light is still on. It’s been on since I’ve owned this car haha
I mean.. Who needs a steering wheel, or steering feel, right? 😅

I had high hopes for this quick release, but only after a few days it has just as much play as a keyed or ball bearing quick release😭
Wait no way really!?

Oh man that’s unfortunate to hear! You should contact them to see what they can do!
Sup, where do i get that short hub/ hub to fir the quick release on?
I believe the hub was from circuit sports!

@jeremyschwagerrocha7734 yeah you can still use the horn no problem, I’m sure there is a way to get the air bag light off I’m just not 100% sure.
