Let's visit the school lunch communal kitchen! -I will explain until you can have lunch

"Yamato's Social Studies Tour" is a video that introduces public facilities in Yamato City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. Normally you cannot normally see and the back-side of these facilities. Our motto is to have fun learning from children to adults, like a social studies tour that visits the site!
The second facility is the "school lunch cooking facilities ".
There are two types of kitchens that make school lunches: the single cooking kitchen that is established with a school and provide only to that school, and the communal cooking school that cooks and delivers multiple school lunches.
The kitchen that will appear this time is the Southern School Lunch Communal Kitchen. Every day, this facility provide lunch for about 4,200 people to 5 elementary schools and 4 junior high schools in Yamato City.
We will introduce a series of works to provide warm meals to children every day, menu design, selection of ingredients, preparation, cooking, delivery, and cleaning up.
