Me too. My biggest word fault is taking the Lord's name in vain. I apologize immediately when I do it, but should not speak it in the first place.

🗣This what I do each time I used say a badd word I would ask God to remove those Badd words from my mouth and from my thoughts becuz sometime I would say Badd words in my head as well without even speaking them from my lips becuz I was so use to cussing, you have learn to catch yourself saying them and ask God each time to remove that evilness from your soul and let me speak only Positive words, and ask God for the fruits of the spirits and work on being like the fruits of the spirit, the Bible say ask and it shall be given unto you, and say in your precious blood Lord Jesus Christ when you pray for him to remove that nasty language from your mouth and watch him work a good work in you, tbh I didn’t think I was gonna be able to stop saying Badd words but God changed my way of thinking and acting Hallelujah…I haven’t said badd word in over 3 months….but the other day 1 word did slip out but I caught myself and repent right then and there, long you tryna make changes God will do the rest but he want us to put forth the effort❤
Determine the root of your depression then repent and pray ask God to forgive and bind all bad spirits over your life in the Name of Jesus beware with whom you you go around with focus on God and mingel with believers that can assist you when the storms come

Words are spells. I used to swear all the time and take God's name in vain
because that's just how many of us are raised. I stopped all of it after coming to God a few years ago.
😮 If a child hears people saying on a regular basis they are going to end up shacking up with a bum because they got pregnant as a teenager then they will almost always live down to those expectations, but if they hear positive feedback then they unconsiously will strive to live up to those expectations.

I used to swear a lot, but this video helped me
As a kid, I was ridiculed and mocked for not swearing. As an adult, I became an expert in it (even in more than 1 language). After being Born Again (28-2-21), I found thus part of my brain deactivated by the power of the Holy Spirit. It was not even hard to stop (I am sure you are putting in effort, for which I commend you). Can't claim that ... in my case it just dropped away. Didn't want or need it anymore, and did not want to mock or taint a beautiful and wondrous Earth and Universe, while not wanting to add to the vast pile of wickedness in "the world"

Why would there be a record (like in a book) of every sinful thought, word, action and deed - every wrong we have done - in Heaven of what we did on Earth, once we have been "forgiven" ????
One of the Bible’s greatest truth is that when Jesus Christ died on the cross, all our sins were transferred to Him, and as we put our faith and trust in Him, we are all forgiven freely and fully. The Bible says God made us alive with Christ He forgave us all our sins (Colossians 2:13). This is why we don’t need to fear God’s judgment. Once we have committed our lives to Christ for now we’ve been cleansed of all of our sins. Judgement Day will be to account for your entire life and so that God can reward us for what we have done for Him. A “review” if I may say to see what you did after being saved...

God never forgets but gives His adopted, sanctified, justified children a "pass" for lack of a better word. That pass is revoked if I choose to take another path or an idol becomes my God. In other words, if I turn my back on Jesus and His finished work on the cross, I will be judged and condemned as opposed to being "judged" on my works in service to Him and given that pass into Heaven.
Powerful because the saying stick and bones will break your bones but names will never hurt me is completely false. As although words may not break bones,words can break more than bones words can break hearts , break spirits , break relationships,so we have to be careful with the words we say to others
EVERY single time I hear the Holy Name of God or Jesus being used as a cuss word or even aa an expression of surprise, my skin crawls and I jump ad if I touched a hot object. The lack of respect and the mockery ticks me off.

There's a book called the "Four Agreements" by Don Miguel Ruiz. In it, he emphasizes how our words create our reality in much greater detail.

We as God's children are disciples of God.
Then He called His twelve disciples together and gave them power and authority over all demons, and to cure diseases. He sent them to preach the kingdom of God and to heal the sick. Luke 9:1-2
When the Lord Jesus calls us, He gives us power and authority to do the work of the ministry, which is to proclaim the kingdom of God to a dying world. As His disciples He teaches and leads us by example as the head of the church. In the text above, Jesus sends His disciples out for the first time after they had observed Him teach the multitudes, forgive a sinful woman, cast out demons, heal the sick and raise the dead. Then He asked them to go and do likewise.

*I used to never put any other books or objects on top of my KJV that was given to me in 1961. I cherishED it my whole life from when I was just 8 years old. That is up until about 8 years ago! Now it stays on the bottom of a big box of books in my closet. And unless Jesus changes it back into God's Holy word, I will never open it or any other bible again the rest of my life!*

I then started diligently studying what should actually have been called the "Daniel 7:25 effect". That's where God said He would give the antichrist the power to do this. (Change times and laws, history and scripture) We're seeing many end time prophecies being fulfilled SUPERNATURALLY! This is some of the "lying signs and wonders" God told us He would give the AC power to perform which would even deceive His very elect, if it were possible in 2nd Thessalonians chapter two!*
*God said in the end of days, (NOW!) that He would send us a famine for hearing His words in Amos **8:11** and that He would give the antichrist the ability to do this in Daniel 7:25. In Daniel 12:4 & 12:9 He told him to seal his book until the end days. He told John **_not_** to seal his book because the end time is at hand in Revelation 22:10. One of the Greek definitions of ''seal'' in Strongs concordance is “to protect from Satan”. He also told us to “hide His words in our hearts”, which meant memorize, if not word for word at least the essence of what was written, because He knew this was going to happen.*

A truthful, biblically rooted sermon, yet five minutes after hearing this, you and I will say or do something stupid. That's our sin nature. That's why it's imperative we receive the full Godhead before judgment day. When we are saved and sealed with the Spirit of the Father and Son, we are imputed with HIS holiness and righteousness. Thus on judgment day, the sanctified, justified and adopted children of God will NOT be condemned but will pass through one of the 12 gates of Heaven. Give JESUS all the credit, glory and reverence He deserves!
