A few books that will help you fundamentally understand human nature and society: 1. The Status Game - Will Stor 2. Race and Culture - Thomas Sowell 3. The Blank Slate - Steven Pinker 4. Siddartha - Herman Hesse
Thomas Sowell is an interesting thinker. I think he does have valuable incites on race in society, but outside of that I don't really care for his perspective. He has huge biases and blindspots on a lot of issues. He should be read as a great writer, but one that's skilled enough at his craft to dress bad ideas up as good ones.
Nature of human society? That's a very general question. Society is based on the most violent people controlling the behaviors of that particular society by using violence and threats of violence. The end. Maybe you'll have a better question next time.
interesting yeah, i would also agree that human nature is "good" in the sense that we as a humans always have good intentions the same way you had them with your video ... if we exclude extreme cases where your body is acting againts your interest, i would say that every human is trying to maximize their goodness with their actions. Even if the actions are considered bad from the outside perspective for the person wanting to do them they are not bad ... if they were the person wouldnt want to do them
