Thanks for raising the importance of men’s mental health. I lost my wife of nearly 30 years on April 5th then my only nephew was killed in a car wreck at only 10 years old exactly one month later on May 5th. So yes I’m not in great shape emotionally and felt the need to reach out to a good friend this morning who lost a daughter suddenly at Christmas time. Several texts back and forth later I wasn’t crying so there was some progress. It’s hard but I know I’m not always alone.
Dealt with depression for 4 years and I got back in to riding motorcycles and beat it. Whenever I feel overwhelmed now I just hop on my bike and go for a ride. 😎👍
There's a history of this in my own family usually brought about by trauma nobody ever talks about. Big Balls for you to bring up such a thing, big respect from me. You just got yourself a new subscriber. Are any of you out there suffering in silence right now just remember one important thing. You cannot finish the race of Life by yourself.
Thanks for sharing a little bit about yourself and your past medical issues. Also thanks for raising the topic on men’s mental health as I suffer from a history of depression. Good content as always! Keep up the good work.
Thanks for your videos! Spot on advice regarding mental health. My generation simply didn't talk about our feelings. It wasn't manly, whatever the heck that means... Personally I work on breaking that barrier but it is a struggle. 🤠
Well Jared my old mate , as normal your video was very interesting (it's normal ,cos it was a triumph build 😁) it's good to see an old triumph being rebuild , it warms my heart . Cheers mate 👍 Peace out ✌️
My grandpa built a chopper back in 09 and over the years it was sold and finally I got it back into the family run very rough but she is a beauty to me still.
That was awesome. Great video. And I like the 1st choice in the build you are wanting us to choose from. I didn't realize when I 1st commented that there were 4 to choose from. And btw. It was Kool to watch your daughters interest advance in the bike you and her built together. Awesome job.
Thank You Jared, On my right wrist above my thumb is the tattoo ;IGY6 with a red 22 behind it. The semi colon is Teal which represents PTSD awareness! Of the 75 suicides in America each day 22 are Veterans or Service Members. My personal mission is to be there for anyone hurting. My second mission is to get more people tattooed with ; IGY6 on their hand so when they shake someone's hand, if that person is hurting they'll know you will be there for them. It's out of love and respect for my fellow Veterans that I do this. Please give of yourself so others can find their value and live. AMERICA, you are in my prayers Hoka Hey
Personally I like the boat on hardtail that they have for triumph because if you wear it out you can disconnected from the mainframe and bolt a new one on. I was showing my brother my bike on Thanksgiving and I looked down and there was a 6-inch section of frame missing and the good quality rentals chain was holding the back end of the bike together. It was also cracked on the other side underneath the Harley toolbox and the triumph shop I patronize I took a hardtail off a dead guy's bike and put it on mine because I was good advertising for the shop and I never bitched and whined about what it needed to get it fixed.
That was so fast I am still waiting on my first bike it has been 4years I am just getting ready to do my first test ride and I learned a lot from the experience and I was in over my head the whole time working on it
My youngest son has a few issues. We are trying to divert his attention from daily life in the military. He's fairly young so age is not significant when it comes to memtal health.
Viet Nam Vet - Think "Jesus" ( He saved my life). Lefty- P.S. Started on a Triumph and an old 305 super hawk Honda in the early 70's. Almost 73 and still riding. Nothings the end of the world but the end of the world, then it won't matter.

Did my heart good to see this rat chopper coming together
Glad we could help!

awesome video,cool build!😎🤘
Glad you like it!!!!
For any project I find the last 10% takes 90% of the work so to make it road worthy you still have a long way to go.
For Sure!
Thank You Jared,

Hoka Hey
Right on Van!
Great show, much appreciated. Any chance that you may have any ‘50s-ish style plunger frames to build into a approx 10’ long or so chopper? 👍🏻😜💯🇺🇸
Sorry, no
Those risers look cool AF. I've never seen any even remotely like them.
They are old chopper parts mad by Flanders!
Awesome I'm glad your going to build the JAP Luke was right that motor is cool.
Right!?!?!?!
Riding is awesome for depression and good overall mental health. So is a spirited drive on curvy country roads in a convertible.
You know it!
Digging the rolling chassis.
As a side note:
Reach out, you are not alone.
I would rather listen to your problems, then listen to your eulogy.
William, You got that right!
Right on
Yup yup!

Jessica we are stoked you are at the finish line!
Not a chopper if it's not a rider. Just art.
Thanks Weem.
You bet
My dads friend is selling his 70's model triumph tiger as soon as he gets the plates checked on it, hoping I could build my first bike out of it
The Oil In Frame Triumphs are a little tougher to make bobbers or choppers out of but we believe in you!
Subbed! You're awesome buddy
Thanks for the sub!
how long is a piece of string ? I'm 3 years in and hope to complete this spring / summer.
A piece of string can be as long as you would like it.
Exactamundo !
Another nice bike
Thanks!
@@weemsmotorco you’re welcome
👍👍👍 D.O.L. Merica ! #tribe
yup yup!
What is the rake ? It looks great 😊
Not sure. Around 40 is my guess
This is easy if you have parts plus spare parts too .. what if you have nothing though?
That would be tough!
If you build it they will run!!!
Agreed.... 👋
Come do it!
Yep, my head gears are turning, thanks.
Took me two years,work
Ot and buy a part and so on
We feel ya!
How many degree the Rake of this bike sir?
Greeting from Indonesia
39 degrees
Thank you Sir
That thing is sick… 6 months in on my chopper and its not done…..
Keep at it!

The cub
Great Call!
Money is time , time is money.

I guess the problem is tubing prices they are kinda high anyone know we're some good tubing is for a better price or is that just how it is
DOM is definitely pricey!
🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼
Dave for the win!
Does it run?
Not yet, But it will!
❤❤
Thanks!
The easiest way to build a chopper is with the UA-cam finger snap.
And done.
Boom!
👊👌
Thanks!
Remaining Men Together
gotcha!
If you have all the parts I don’t see why you can’t do it in one shot. 👍
True!
Wish I could build my own chopper with a automatic transmission but I can’t because of my disability
An auto chopper is possible!
It would be good too have one
How longs a piece of string..........to god damn long that's how.lol it's from a movie.
Way too long!
