Please focus in the exercises through which high arch could be treated...shoes or flip flops are just temporary remedies. There are several links and videos regarding exercises for flat feet..but almost nothing for high arch!!!!

There are certain forces (such as increased pressure on the ball of the foot) that occur in high arched feet and lead to pain. There are no exercises that will reduce these forces. To relieve pain you must transfer pressure off of the ball of the foot using appropriate arch support of some sort. So I disagree - arch support is not a temporary remedy - it is the appropriate treatment. Similar to eyeglasses for the eyes.
