Thank You Shawn for stopping by the convention and recording the video. To answer your question of how long it took us to setup the track, a long time. This is the third year we have setup the track and this was the second year in a row. When we designed and setup last year, we made it to be easily duplicated and reconstructed. We marked evey section of the bridge and that was a hugh time saver. Last year it was roughly 10-12 hours, this year we had it done in about 5 hours. We also had a few more volunteers to help with the assembly.
You are welcome. I was highly impressed with the setup around the pond. It was also the first time I went to a BTO event. I missed my G scale friends so I figured to stop by since I was attending the TCA Convention.
Hey Shawn this was pretty cool. Did they have trains for sale at the show? I'm getting into G scale now since I moved to Woodbury NJ. Are there any clubs or groups in the area ?
Welcome to my neck of the woods. Yes there was a market place at the BTO Convention. There's a club called the South Jersey Garden Railway Society but it's barely active. I would recommend joining the Pennsylvania Garden Railway Society instead. It's a huge and active G scale train club
