- Welcome to 24K Gold Music Shows!
"Please Mr. Postman" is a song written by Georgia Dobbins, William Garrett, Freddie Gorman, Brian Holland, and Robert Bateman. It is the debut single by the Marvelettes for the Tamla (Motown) label, notable as the first Motown song to reach the number-one position on the Billboard Hot 100 pop singles chart. The single achieved this position in late 1961; it hit number one on the R&B chart as well. "Please Mr. Postman" became a number-one hit again in early 1975 when the Carpenters' cover of the song reached the top position of the Billboard Hot 100. "Please Mr. Postman" has been covered several times, including by the British rock group The Beatles in 1963.
24K Gold Music Shows does not currently perform any longer, but this page is now dedicated to reliving the past decade of performances & show memories!
Our performances were packed with high-energy dancing and full vocal harmonies, highlighted with a blend of glitzy costumes and lighting, set to the rhythm of songs from the classic oldies era, and much much more!
Expect to hear songs made famous by the classic performers all the way from Elvis Presley, Roy Orbison, Buddy Holly, Brenda Lee, Patsy Cline, The Skyliners, The Andrews Sisters and the great 60s Girl Groups (special set respectively dedicated each of those), occasional classic country hits made famous by the Oakridge Boys, the Statler Brothers, Tammy Wynette, George Strait, George Jones,- and even power ballads made famous by current big-names like Celine Dion, Barbra Streisand etc.!
We also slip one or two of our own 24K Gold Original Hit Songs in many shows.
Lastly (but not least), most show had an Elvis Tribute Set at the last half, and we proudly ended each show by Honoring our Vets!

Who are the singers?
24K Gold Music Shows
The next thing that I would just love to see them do, is a Scooby Doo Tribute! Have three of the girls singers dress like Velma and the other three as Daphne as well. The guy who does Elvis can dress up as Fred Jones, but still sing like Elvis also. The guy who sings baritone can dress up as Shaggy and why not? The solo girl singer can dress up as Scooby Doo if she likes while The Velma’s and Daphnes sing back up for her🤭👍
are the a familey group they look like the could be
Yes, three generations of family plus (mainly church) friends.
I am so sorry I missed your card or latter I will get you later deer .😊
I didn’t have her address ,
Группа трансвеститов? Паршивенько поют.
The sharp angular elbow positions/choreography are too masculine, not at all feminine enough for female singers. They are too "loud" and physical, not very feminine.
What's your definition of "feminine"?
