Hi Steven, We actually have a video on that. Check out our “where to live in San Antonio” video for some good areas! And if you want more, we made an entire neighborhoods playlist that gets updated weekly with new videos to give you some insight into the neighborhoods around San Antonio.
Stay away from anywhere south of the city. Most of the crime is on Southeast, South, and Southwest. Best spot to move if you can afford it is North of 1604. Alamo Ranch, Rogers Ranch, Stone Oak, Helotes, Boerne, New Braunfels.
Iam moving from my country to San Antonio TX Hotel/Resort Name La Cantera Resort & Spa to work is there a possibility of having apartment around this place ❤😂😢
You both are wrong about the crime in San Antonio. You both must live in the better sides of San Antonio. Try living in the inner city, south side, east side, west side and in downtown. Crime seems to be going up. So crime is up. I’ve seen in the news even StoneOak (way up northside) area has been feeling more crime too. So you might not feel the crime where your at but where I live(North Central).. I hear gun shots almost every weekend. Plus people drive horrible in San Antonio. Why some people have drivers license really makes me wonder. So I take it from someone who’s lived here all my life (50+ age here)it’s getting worse in San Antonio. Oh plus wages are not keeping up with the times here in San Antonio also. Everything else has gone up. I work in a regular paying job (Working in a chain salon like your supercut or Greatclips places) not a high tech job get paid below $13 or less. I get it for people moving here most are experienced with high tech, or being moving in with their corporation. So for people with minimal experience the cost of living is a not as great. Our city is starting to feel the growing pains. The people who live here all their lives are starting to feel the growth pain because everything is going up like our property taxes. House costs are off the roof. San Antonio Will become California.
This is true. I live in Alamo Heights and all of my neighbors are white and educated. Outside of AH, it’s Tijuana. I try to stay local as much as possible but La Panaderia draws me to Broadway where there are homeless people…. I’m from Dana Point, CA and I’m moving back once prices settle. I sold my house in OC, took my money and ran but I’m running back. SA isn’t safe, it’s full of Mexicans. The roads are horrible, people can’t drive, and it’s dusty and dirty. People tell me that I should have bought in Boerne but whatever. It’s cheap to live here but there’s a reason, it sucks. I paid cash here so I have like no bills. I’ll rent out my place for 4-5k this summer and get the hell out of here before it’s 100 degrees with high humidity!! Plus the mosquitoes!!!! Did I mention the Mexicans? SA isn’t diverse!!! It’s like 70% Mexican!! How is that diverse? lol It’s like living in Santa Ana, CA with awful weather if you know what I mean…
Like all places, it has crime. Like all places, Depends on where you live. If you spend too much time on your social media feeds, then perception of crime feels like its everywhere. People only post stuff sensational in nature. Not IN nature.... Nvm. I live up i10 pass leon springs and yes I do admit I dont see very much crime. The real crime is you have to drive in the city for decent food. Mexican, Chinese, Burgers are all better at locations in city.
I see people talking about traffic, weather, crime etc…. But is that everywhere you go now?! There is no perfect town/city. You just got to choose what is best and do your research. What may not be suitable to you is suitable for someone else. Just saying 😅 we’re all different
I don't know why anyone from California would want to move here. It's terrible here. California is way better than Texas. We will help you move back. Lol
San Antonio also has the poorest people in the whole country . Not to mention the consumption of alcohol is also the highest. Seems like there isn't enough to do for the adults but drink. Furthermore , Corporations should pay more and im glad your playing good cop bad cop with black and white but San Antonia is also very racist.

Iam moving from my country to San Antonio TX Hotel/Resort Name La Cantera Resort & Spa to work is there a possibility of having apartment around this place ❤😂😢
What scorpion 😮😢oh no now i have doubt moving there.
Maybe the expensive parts are safe
@@chadmanl2121 that was racist af.
@@caligurl8770 It’s true AF.
@@chadmanl2121 why’d you delete the comment
@@caligurl8770 what does he wrote?
Like all places, it has crime. Like all places, Depends on where you live.
If you spend too much time on your social media feeds, then perception of crime feels like its everywhere. People only post stuff sensational in nature. Not IN nature.... Nvm. I live up i10 pass leon springs and yes I do admit I dont see very much crime. The real crime is you have to drive in the city for decent food. Mexican, Chinese, Burgers are all better at locations in city.
San Antonio is great for military and all the freeloading that goes with it
Freeloading?
Ha ha lol.
😂
I see people talking about traffic, weather, crime etc…. But is that everywhere you go now?! There is no perfect town/city. You just got to choose what is best and do your research. What may not be suitable to you is suitable for someone else. Just saying 😅 we’re all different
Hmmm… 🤔
Nothing compared to Detroit or Chicago or New York...talk about crime!!😂😊😅😂
We definitely hope it stays that way. Those cities have it rough!
I cant live down in South Texas...too damn hot .
I don't know why anyone from California would want to move here. It's terrible here. California is way better than Texas. We will help you move back. Lol
If you don't know Spanish this place is a dump
San Antonio also has the poorest people in the whole country . Not to mention the consumption of alcohol is also the highest. Seems like there isn't enough to do for the adults but drink. Furthermore , Corporations should pay more and im glad your playing good cop bad cop with black and white but San Antonia is also very racist.
Can you say more about the racism?
“The poorest people in the whole country” 🤔 but is that true?
I want to move here at West side went twice to visit and got robbed a hotel
Racist against who tho?
Ya esta cambiando mi forma de pensar al quererme mover a vivir a San Antonio. Gracias.
The thumbnail makes it seem like the pros are black guys and the cons are white guys.😂
🤣Well that’s definitely not what we are implying.
🤦🏾♀️🤣🤣
CON, decades upon decades of non stop road construction and shitty traffic as a result. SATX is one of the most miserable places to drive in the USA.
