Thank you for the delightful classical baroque music in the background. Such a difference when we are trying to enjoy the sights of a quaint town like Gruyère. This is a great overview of the castle which we hope to visit next year. Thanks once again for the video😊
What a nice and cozy place to sleep in on a cold, dark, and rainy November night with the wind blowing, and with a little table lamp and a stack of comic books and a warm wool blanket. (it just doesn't get any better than that...does it...Yes? / No?)
J'y suis allé, il y a longtemps, j'vais acheté mon couteau suisse dans la rue principale du village, (je l'ai toujours !) et j'avais gardé le souvenir d'un centre d'information formidable où l'on donnait dans toutes les langues, les explications sur la fabrication de l'emmental. Hélas, je ne le retrouve sur aucune vidéo. Je garde le souvenir d'une salle circulaire toute blanche, où l'auditoire était à l'étage, et il me semble que ce centre était au pied de la colline de Gruyères. Pouvez vous me fournir des précisions, c'est peut-être ma mémoire qui défaille ?

There is more than one producer of Gruyère cheese and they are all over the place.
