Chris. I have been following you for a while, even when you were working with Chuck Quinton. About a year ago you published a series of videos call 4 weeks to better golf. My question is where do I start with your protocol? Is it 4 weeks to better golf or what you are publishing now? I want to use a building block approach to a better, consistent swing, but want to make sure I am building from the bottom up. Thanks for your input.

Yikes. That sounds terrible. If you have some swings before the injury that you want me to take a look at, I can also do that or I can wait till you’re back up and at em’. Hope you have a speedy recovery and can get back on the course sooner than later.
First day tee time for the US Open at 1:14 is Scottie, Rory and Xander. Be there or be square. Oh yea, I saw Els fly 277 to the end of the dogleg left on the 18th hole playoff. Left himself 136 to the hole compared to Stricker's 149. Stricker played well but he was seriously outdriven on that hole and unfortunately was rattled enough to miss his par putt.
Watch party here in Orlando! Jace will host it. Els still moves it and I’m pretty sure Strick will win another 3-4 more times this year.

This golf course was so much more enjoyable to watch when there was rough. Not the old man weathered look all over the place. Not mad at Rory’s play so far at all. Love seeing Ludvig show up and show out.

Cause a few modern fast swingers of the golf club showed a pressure trace that had them urgently moving off the trail side. It’s bad info for the masses. I don’t like to bash golf instruction but that one needs to go away quickly.
Earnie was blessed with a magnificent swing, second go none...it's just a GD shame he readily conceded 1st place to Eldrick. IF he had the heart of an African Lion, he would have won many more Tournaments, including Majors. Sadly, he was content with 2nd place.

What does “3 to 1” tempo mean?
It means the backswing takes 3 times longer than the downswing. Most (not all) playing professionals have been measured to have a 3:1 ratio.
