Lovely house. A few flaws; 1) glass doors for the bathroom ( who wants to be watched pooping), 2) No outdoor kitchen to make fufu 3) Too much going on with the ceilings- too busy 4) Pool is a drowning hazard for children-just too close to the back door

i think the grass at the main public area was not really needed even though it gives the compound that aesthetic view because there will be cars parking on the compound and it the cars park on artificial grasses it might destroy the beauty of the entrance apart from that the house it a very beauty house

Bad design of the stair case. Why would you use glass to protect the edge. No consideration for kids, the elderly and disabled who would need to hold something to climb at times

Whoever built this house wasn’t thinking logically. Who in their great mind will buy this expensive house and live on the top floor. Remember, every day you have to go two floors up to get to your room that’s too much. The person that can afford this is likely in their 50’s to 60’s. And even if they buy this the most benefit they will get from this is by using it as Airbnb.

I agree for the most part, but it's not practical for a 50 to 60 y/o. Neither is it practical or safe for a family with small children. The best use for a structure like this is retail at best.

I disagree with all of you, there are a lot of people who have money piled somewhere looking for luxurious things like this house.
Secondly, one thing you probably need to consider is that, we all live life in stages. Some people like you and I are at a stage where we are still looking for practical life solutions in order to survive. But there is another category of people who are living at a stage far above that. This is the type of people that are ready to invest in such ventures that appear to lack in logic.
