Scrapness is Happiness star is very nice! Sweater weather is coming along nicely 👌 Loved the trunk show! Amy's wraps are so impressive & cuddley looking! Gotta investigate her patterns. Wonderful visit today (wrong time of day at my house to watch you). Lord willing I'll see you online tomorrow!
I just love the way you show how to audition your fabrics to coordinate them perfectly. Thanks so much for showing this. It is so helpful to a newbie quilter who is learning everything via UA-cam - your explanations make it so easy to understand and replicate (hopefully). Thanks again Pat.
Wow, they remind me of a shrug. I had been thinking of looking for a shrug pattern. I want that book. The first cuddle one made me think of a fur stoll. 😁 I think I have fabric in my stash for those!
Hi Pat!!! You did such a wonderful job sharing my new patterns! Thanks so much. Just wanted to share that this new format of pattern includes Bonus Content that is online. Looks Books and videos with helpful tips for making the WearEver Wraps and AnyTime Toppers. Looking forward to watching tomorrow's videos too!
Thanks for the tip on directional fabrics, Pat! I love your Tantalizing Table Toppers and the Holiday Hoopla books. I am sewing a lot of small projects now.
Her patterns are perfect for hand woven fabric! I’m a beginner weaver, and would love to make some of those tops. I do need to “make” fabric first. Thanks for the inspiration ❤
Your star block looks great! Pat, I think you missed your calling as a runway fashion model (LOL). Thanks for showing us Amy's tops. I will have to check out all her patterns now.
Pat you have made me go through my bins and take out fabric I’ve been saving 😮. Yes, they are on my table ready to cut up and put into a quilt. I’m very excited about that now. Your colours are awesome. I really enjoy your friends blue backing fabric.
Rock Chalk, Jayhawk! Go Chiefs? Never know what you will see when we join you! Florida placed (trying to bloom here) but first 50 yrs - born and raised a KC girl.
During WW2, quilts were made using the topportion of socks. The ladies who put these together must have been geniuses because the socks were cut in different lengths.
Cute fashion show! 😉 Thanks for showing how you choose scrappy colors and designs. Fun!! I need to learn how to take pictures of a block and see what a full quilt would look like overall. Is that a computer program? Up early with visiting young grandchild: "It's morning!" 😍

When I was growing up, my favorite quilt was one my grandma made with grandpa's old socks, flannel, corduroy, and wool. It was a super heavy quilt.

Thanks Loretta- Pat did such a nice job sharing that patterns!

Hello 👋 How are you doing today??
Good morning, first time here.
Welcome. You'll be back day after day, I bet. Being in the Sloan Zone is a great way to start your day.
Ducks! Of course! I thought they were football helmets until you mentioned ducks 🤣
Loving that blue background
Hello 👋 How are you doing today??
I’d love to go shopping in your yellow bin ! I have a hard time finding fun yellows
The quilt behind you? Love the star. Reminds me of Ukraine.
I love the long ones
Those toppers might be darn cute with light weight quilts.
Yes, lightweight quilts or even just quilt tops work well. The one Pat shared was a partial piece of a vintage quilt top that had some damage.
You make an excellent model!
The tops are so cute. ❤️
I just got my book! I love that block.
Love block #4
Thank you
Fashionesta!!!

My two favorite books are- “Follow the River” by James Alexander Thom
Also “ The Book Woman of Troublesome Creek” by Kim Michelle Richardson

I use a professional level graphics program. Ask some of your tech savvy local friends and associates if they have a tool
Thanks! That would be my kids!! 😉💕
I bought her pattern I need to make me one!
Thanks Jennifer!!
I have to find that Jayhawk fabric!!
Found it at JoAnns online. And it was on clearance 😊
Rock Chalk!!! Loved that argyle print too Diana!
I keep liking it but can’t seem to ask about it
I have tried numerous times to sign up for the giveaway on your blog with no success. Can you suggest the exact way to sign up?
are you going to the end? did you change devices, phones often have an issues. Did email me a screen shot of what happens to pat@patsloan.com
I've given up. I only have access through my phone. It's just too frustrating.
Glad you changed the middle! Wasn’t liking it.
