North south line ( red) is Chinese song from Singapore
East West line ( green) is Indian (Tamil) song from Singapore
circle line line ( orange yellow) is malay song from Singapore

the chinese is "the tricycle song" the indian is "sungai naadu" and the malay is a very popular song called " chan mali chan"

I don't think so. The video stated the chimes are inspired by local folk songs. Those music were created by a Singaporean company which is TENG company for SMRT.

I travel from lakeside to tanah merah for work. I hate it. You want quiet rides in the morning and evenings but this thing feels the need to make you happy. You can only be happy for so long until you run out of juice. Give it a few months and watch how your country turns into a depressed society
