Minn Kota has a dedicated interference wire in the top cover of the trolling motor. Take the control head cover off and there should be an inline fuse holder inside the control head. Check to see if the fuse is blown. Replace if it is. Should be a 3 amp fuse.
Did you ever solve your problem? I have the same thing with my 360. I wrapped the data cable with copper. Now I only get interference when the trolling motor is activated. It is still quite upsetting. The issue started a few weeks ago. The fuse in the trolling motor head is ok. That said, I wonder if there is a problem with the actual motor that makes it produce more interference than it is supposed to.
Don't know if I'm to late to help but you might need a charger choke it stops interference from trolling motor to graph it comes through charger if you have a three or two bank charger usually comes with graphs i know you cleared it up but it might help
So are you NOT suppose to have your cable or wires coiled up? What would you do with all the excess because all my Humminbird cords are long from the factory. I've been having interference on my Helix 12 when I step on the Ultrex thrust and I've tried everything including changing the fuse. I thought I finally fixed it but now my built in transducer on the Ultrex is wonky and isn't reading depth properly and I can't get the same picture that I have at the console even though all the settings are the same. I'm so sick of this crap smh
