Thanks for the super helpful DIY video! I know this a late response, but this is exactly what I needed to know. I just knackered one of my lower grills whilst cleaning my oil cooler on my '09 135i. Will be swapping both of them out now and just needed to know how to go about it. Much appreciated!
For sure man, no prob. And to think about I was hesitant to put this video out 😬. But decided to anyways since there weren't any other videos explaining how to. I saw people just junking them out, just like I did my first time 😂
The title in your video says this applies to E92. The amazon link doesnt include the E92 coupe model in its description so do we know if this will work for my 07 E92 coupe? i want to buy them since i cant find them anywhere else.
Hey! Is there any chance you can just pop out the straight grey part, instead of removing the whole piece? Let me know if anyone knows, would be great, I’m tryna paint mine black and don’t really wanna go through the whole bumper part.
Im pretty sure you can. I tried before I purchased the black grilles, but i couldn't; my hands just didn't fit. As you may have noticed the tabs are in the upper part of that center piece, so its truly a matter of squeezing those tabs out. When I did it, I wasn't sure of the position of the tabs or how that center piece was being held, so I didn't want to junk it out or brake something. Now that I saw how that part is assemble I don't see why you couldn't. Just give it a try. And be patient. Worse come to worse, remove the belly pan to tackle those tabs from underneath.
Awesome video! Easy to follow. I will definitely try this on my 135i this weekend. You got a new subscriber 👍🏼
Great Video, looking forward for more videos 👍🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇨🇴🇨🇴🇨🇴

Glad the video helped you out brother 👍
My first car was an 85 Crown Vic LTD. FML...nothing is easy or cheap with this car.

So the one in the center, it basically only has clips holing it in place?
Yes, same type of clips as the side ones that I replaced.
@@CrazyCarMods Thank you let see what happens..

Thank you for your support man 💪💯 And any questions on anything don't hesitate to ask.
Hey... little behind in the game but was wondering if you were able to take out the gray slits without taking off the bumper
Holy pain in the asss
Definitely more time consuming that it needs to be. No wonder why most people just yank it out 😂
