Fabulous, Joyful & give us more updates - you can't imagine how wonderful it is to see the dear ones succeed & knowing Pip and Kirstles gave them the courage to move on into joy with their new lives!
Phil and Alison's child 20 year's old now. I'd love to see a re re visit. Love the social side of this magical series. Keeps us all sane in a mad world 😂
This being from 2009-11, I shudder to think of the prices of house hunting now (Feb. 2023) Here in Toronto, Canada (🇨🇦) anything within 40ish minutes from downtown starts at a million CAD (over 600K GBP) It's almost impossible for a couple starting out to afford that. Apparently the only chance they'd have is if the parents/family can help them with a down payment. I feel very fortunate my ex and I bought over 30 years ago - about 80 min N/E of the city in a rural area, in a hamlet. Approx. selling price is more than 4X what we paid at the time. At least I'll have something to pass on to my kids.
I always really enjoy watching this programme with Kirsty and Phil. They do their extremely capable best for the buyers, and have such an amazing manner!. I know negotiations are all a part of the process, but I always wonder though, why should the seller pay for the dreams and wants of the buyer? It seems an expectation I don't really understand. Of course everyone wishes to put their own stamp on a place, however if thy want that, they pay for it.
I just find prospective buyers saying a house is " horrible". It's horrible. These are people's home regardless what anyone thinks. "I don't personally like it" would sound so much nicer
As mentioned on this channel many, many, MANY times, the show has been around for over 20 years and there have been over 300 couples on the show. And that's NOT including the 100+ couples who were on Relocation Relocation. They can't possibly do an update on every single couple, especially if you want regular updates on ALL of them. That's insanity.
Be careful about putting on an extension for 6,000 or 30,000 pounds. That's not including fitting an entirely new kitchen or kitchen and another bedroom or bathroom as well.
Average 2023 UK yearly salary: 41,000 USD minus whatever the King takes away, inevitably a fair chunk dare I say. Now check out the last property you'll see in this video... Food for thought...
They really want hot and cold running everything, and they'd like it for the price of a used car.(a 10 year old mini) Welcome to the entitled generation.
I love when they do updates! The children of both couples are adorable!😊
LOVE what Helen & Rick did in their garden, absolutely stunning. Love Pip & Kirsty's chemistry. 💕💕💕💕
What lovely families so good to see a Happy ending ...put in the work and learn compromise ..just like a good relationship ...well done all .

Why do British people dislike bungalows?
Having everything on one floor makes life easier with a young and growing family.
Wonderful ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🩵🥰🤗

So the child expected in 2004 will be 20 in 2024....interesting video but wonder what's happened to all those people

I don't know about other viewers but I'm getting a bit tired of these young couples thinking they deserve a castle on a fixer-upper budget...
Enjoyable p
American here……. Why is one of the women being referred to as “H”? Maybe I missed something. LOL
She prefers it to her full name. Like CJ instead of Chloe-Jane or DJ instead of David junior.
