that's the most advanced heater I've seen, good for you man that's super cool, my basement where my tanks are is also not heated, that would probably be a nice investment!
@LakesRegionAquariums yes I really like setting the temperature without having to reach in the tank and get hands wet, and the display is awesome too! Thanks for checking it out🙂👍🏻
As I have said, I use heaters very sparingly - I keep almost everything at room temp (68 - 73). I was so impressed with their lights that I bought the earlier version of the heater you have. It is crap - has never gotten my 55 show tank up to 76 and in the summer with ac on I have to add another heater to keep it at 72. I hope this one works out for you long term and would be interested in a six month update.
@Freshwater Dreaming : I’ve had pretty good luck with heaters so far… knock on wood!😅 I sure will do a 6 month update , do me a favor , if I forget would you please remind me? Thanks brother🙂👍🏻
Pretty spiffy, if heaters last more than 2 years when they have to run a lot I consider that a win. The freakin aqueon pros have exploded/split open on me multiple times over the years. Now Inhave inkbird temp controllers and get the glass aqueons. Have a couple I need to replace, but only a couple where its really truely needed. In my shrimp tanks I have them set at 68 to 72, tanks on floor need them in winter. Few at 75 with fancy plecos lol.
@Mark Shelly Aquatics knock on wood but I have heaters over 10yrs old still working great….there I just cursed myself🤣😂😅 hahaha , I like this heater, thanks mark💯⭐️

Showing the amount of power it is using is a pretty cool feature.

How do you lower the temperature?
On the controller the down button.
@@pelhamsaquatics
Mine only have one button every time I press it, it brings the temperature up.
