Hopefully we see a blog post from you about the results of this! I'm planning to get a Decent Espresso machine soon and the thought of using it to make automatic V60 is a cool thought.
I'm sure the cup was lovely but the non-uniform spacing of the jets made me sightly uncomfortable 😂 Impressively flat bed considering all the turbulence though, I wonder if that's something that can be incorporated into a standard kettle pour?
Hi scott, that's one more reason for me to get a decent! Is it possible to play with the water temp with this setup? For example, if the initial water temp is 93c, can i make the second pour with 90c and the third pour with 87c temp water? Thanks.
Scott! Glad to see you are still the coffee expert! Take care...
Can’t wait to see more about this espresso machine!
