Great video, I'm in the middle of glaze/combo testing myself. I usually make flat test tiles with a hole to hang on a board ( using a cookie cutter) but recently saw another potter making small bowls as their glaze tester and hangs them on a board in their studio which I thought was interesting so I've been making little dip style bowls and layering on the inside and plain true colour on the outside. Anyway appreciate the video we have a lot of the same amaco colours so I'm looking forward to seeing your results :)
Thanks for your videos! I used your test tile method and i love the efficiency of your style. Now to put my pictures and note cards into an accessible format. 1.) what do you use as you flip through on your tablet? Writing the glaze numbers on the bottom of each tile- 2.) I used underglaze pencil but it’s not easy to make it legible nor is there enough space for all the details. You mentioned you use a needle on a rubber squeeze bulb- how does it not stick to the cookie? Thanks!!!
