Double Decker Tacos( 2 different versions)

- Double Decker Tacos(Refried Bean Style Layer)
For the filling:
2 lb. ground beef
4 tablespoons of taco seasoning
about 1 cup of water
For the assembly:
flour tortillas
refried beans
hardshell corn tortillas
Toppings:
shredded cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, chopped tomato ,green onion, sour cream, hot sauce, chopped cilantro or any other toppings you would like!
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add raw ground beef and cook, stirring constantly until starting to brown. Continue to cook the ground beef till done and brown and no longer pink at all now, if it puts out a lot of grease you may need to drain it. After it all done and brown add taco seasoning and water turn the heat down to low and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
Spread warm refried beans onto flour tortilla and wrap it around a hardshell tortilla.
Fill with meat, and add your toppings and serve!

@Ivy Mossgarden Not everyone has a kitchen that they can't freely function in. I have clean, uncluttered countertops, and my kitchen equipment is stored away after use. I like 10 feet of empty counter space, in my cold, sterile kitchen.
Hahahahaha I guess I am not a "real person" because I am not killing myself with excess calories, dairy, fats, etc while sounding like a ventilator. You could have complimented her without slamming other people. but you didn't. Some people like me enjoy chickpeas, quinoa, roasted vegetables, etc. Not everyone wants to jump into an early grave curated by themselves.
I love how you make it your way and suggest alternative ingredients or ways to make it. It gives us some ideas we may not think of. Thank you, Sara!

Taco Bell quit making these, I make my own but they'll still make them if you know how to ask them... Much easier to put the sour cream or beans in a sandwich bag and use it like a piping bag to squirt as much across as you want. Especially good for individually built nachos with beef and beans and sour cream.

Thanks for this demo, Sara....I love tacos...your idea for these ones is great. Haven’t had them for quite a while - saw your vid & got busy! Also tried the portobello burger...I love those mushrooms....very satisfying if you aren’t eating meat! I had salsa sauce, avocados, as well as tomatoes in my fridge I had to use up - so, sliced them up & threw them in the mix. Your hubby is very lucky - he sure gets looked after very well! Keep cooking & demonstrating - we’re waiting....😋

We usually don't do the hard shells because they crumble so we just build a taco on the soft shells. I never thought of this. Looks delicious! Thank you Miss Sara for sharing. The mushrooms sounds yummy too.
