in this case she's making a cheesecake. adding water (known as "bain-marie"), creates a very steamy environment in the oven, which helps with baking the cake all the way through EVENLY. without that, and a dryer environment, the top and bottom would bake faster, leaving a more cooked, dryer layer on top and bottom, with the center being more moist. this is also the method you'd use when baking cakes with stiff-peaked egg whites folded into the batter.
I tried to make flourless cakes in my mini Bundt cake molds and they did not take the shape they came out so weird looking any advice? Do you think it was because the cake was flourless?
I orderer red ones minis off amazon and my cookies stuck so bad...had eat em😅 how do prevent sticking? Ive only tried use them 2x both times 2 different things stuck
Did you use any sort of cooking spray or oil on the molds to keep them from sticking? I know a lot of times with the silicone baking molds people say you don't have to use spray, but I always have things sticking if I don't use any!

Yes they said in the video they can go on the oven or even the microwave
