Do you use soul hacker because you can damage cap early so the more hits are better?
Yep, + Dorrick has high debuff resists so Seraph is heavily RNG based. (still better than soul hacker if you land all debuffs)

Was aiming for Sena, wasn't certain if Lanz's order would give enough TP since I didn't calc it before attempts.
