I liked Tom Kenny. He did a very creepy reimagining of Doc Ock. I mostly like his design, though.

Peter MacNicol and Efrem Zimbalist Jr sound very different but each is perfect casting. I give Tara Strong an honorable mention because her version is really fun and had fantastic dialogue.
I have a heavy preference to Peter MacNicols version.

As much as I love Alfred Molina's performance, I gotta go with Efrem Zimbalist Jr. Efrem's voice just fits that character so perfectly!

Efrem was the original Dr. Otto Octavius to me.
RIP Efrem Zimbalist JR still the best Doc Ock. Stan Jones[RIP] is a close second because his sounds the most... Sinister but Efrem's Dock Ock had the voice of an Arrogant mad scientist with a german accent befitting of a man named "Otto"
Doc Ock isn't German though. He's never really defined by his race or ethnicity. Efrem's good, just sounds too much like a typical bad guy to me, though it's more opinion than anything.
For the classic Otto Octavius, my favorite voice would be Alfred Molina simply because I love that movie so much. It was my childhood and I will always hear Willem Dafoe's Norman Osborn, JK Simmons' Jameson and Molina's Doc Ock whenever I read the comics.
That said, as Elseworlds versions of Doctor Octopus, Tara Strong and Tom Kenny were pretty good.
I agree my favs of doc ock is Alfred Monila 1st Tom Kenny 2nd and finally Pa4 Ock 3rd
When I saw Tara Strong on the thumbnail, I thought "does Tara Strong voice Otto too?!"

the fact Roger Bumpass voiced Doc Ock is amazing. He already voices one grumpy octopus so why not another?
In my opinion, my favorite and definitive Doc Ock will always be Efrem Zimbalist Jr. However, I think Alfred Molina did a fantastic job portraying the character in film. I also like Peter MacNicol, he really captured the sinister side of Ock's character, if you watch the Spectacular Spider-Man, you would see what I'm talking about, like his "Spider-Man!" rage scream in the episode "reaction". I don't know why, but I also like Joe Alaskey for some reason.

Rodger Bumpass and Efrem Zimbalist Jr. have my vote. The Spider-Man animated series from the early to mid 90s and the Spider-Man ride at Islands of Adventure were major parts of my childhood.
Efrem Zimbalist Jr is the voice I hear in my head for Doc Ock. Tom Kenny is actually really creepy though.

Efrem Zimbalist Jr is my favourite by far. The German accent on Ock was awesome.
Alfred Molina is the Best one and have the best voice of Doctor Octopus 616 (before he became the Superior Spiderman).

Elfrem and MacNicol are the best voices for Doc Ock. Different voices for different versions of Doc Ock but they both did them EXTREMELY WELL!!

The voice that Stan Jones used for Dr. Octopus in the 1981 Spider-Man series was the exact same one he used for what was perhaps the role for which he may be most remembered, that of Lex Luthor on the Super Friends (1978-'85).

I thought Spectacular's Doc Ock design was terrible, and as great as MacNicol was at playing the scary parts, at times his voice could get a bit too high-pitched for my liking. But he did leave us with one of the greatest quotes in anmimated Spiderman history.

After playing the latest Spiderman game from the PS4 I honestly think that version voiced by William Salyers tops them all to me.
Peter MacNicol. The guy's voice sounds exactly what you'd think an angry nerd with Machiavellian tendencies would sound like. Try reading "Ends of the Earth" WITHOUT imagining MacNicol's voice doing Doc Ock's lines.

rodger bumpass has a biased favorite spot to me because i absolutely love amusement parks and rides. the spider-man ride was amazing and i suggest it to anyone who can get a ride on it!
As much as I love Alfred Molina’s portrayal, and as much as I love the Spectacular Spider-Man, I will always prefer Efram Zimbalist Jr’s version from the 90s cartoon, and that accent he gave him.
Roger Bumpass was good but Tom Kenny is way better, Squidward vs. SpongeBob!
