You said it's illegal to record while with passengers. Does that apply to dashcams too?

I think it is illegal too. And the only option is if you blur their faces then could be fine , however if any clip goes viral I am not sure if TFL will be happy with it as recording sound in the cab is forbidden all TFL approved dashcams are with no sound recorder
