But unfortunately, if there is a consensual explanation for a man's semen / other sources of DNA to be on your body, and there are no defensive wounds or other evidence of a struggle, then it is an unsubstantiated claim. It is one person's word against another, and the court has to rule in favor of the defendant by default.

I half expected him to stop and is just go to bed if I couldn’t stay awake. But I kept waking up with him either without a condom or taking off the condom. Whispering in my ear talking to me like as if I said take it off and he’s like ok but I didn’t he was talking to himself... i wasn’t suppose to sleep over I was gonna be in trouble and I woke up at like 3am thinking I had to go home. I was completely naked about froze to death. He was passed out on the bed and so I tried to get up and get dressed but ow as still messed up. He had put the couch in front of the door and it took me like 40 mins just to get my clothes on and try to move the couch. But he woke up and I told him I had to leave. That took another hour And a half just to get in my car cause he was crying still messed up not wanting me to leave blocking my way to the car. I eventually was able to leave and sneak back in the house at 5:30am. But I never told anyone what happened that night..... I later broke up with him which took a grueling 6 months cause I was afraid how he’d act if I cut him off right away. I was trying to do it for the best of us, but he still tried to keep me in his room for hours and wouldn’t let me leave and kept throwing me down on the bed and wouldn’t let me up. And forcibly gave me oral, and tried to throw my car keys over the balcony and accusing me of cheating..... but I bet he still tells everyone he was the victim

But unfortunately, if there is a consensual explanation for a man's semen / other sources of DNA to be on your body, and there are no defensive wounds or other evidence of a struggle, then it is an unsubstantiated claim. It is one person's word against another, and the court has to rule in favor of the defendant by default.

But since it was how it was and wasn’t forceful physically but mentally it was. It was just so confusing and I never ended up doing anything cause I felt it wouldn’t stand in court. Though I’ve talked to online legal help and nothing ever helped.. But maybe it would’ve stood in court with his history I didn’t know of.... then later I had problems with another bf for doing what this guy in the videos did with her. I had to be helped out of the car and my bf at the time took me back through the party at about 10pm and I wanted to stay but he wanted to take me into his room so I went with him having intentions to go back to the party, and we started kissing and having sex but by that time the alcohol and weed I did really hit me and I was going in and out of consciousness. I half expected him to stop and is just go to bed if I couldn’t stay awake. But I kept waking up with him either without a condom or taking off the condom. Whispering in my ear talking to me like as if I said take it off and he’s like ok but I didn’t he was talking to himself... i wasn’t suppose to sleep over I was gonna be in trouble and I woke up at like 3am thinking I had to go home. I was completely naked about froze to death. He was passed out on the bed and so I tried to get up and get dressed but ow as still messed up. He had put the couch in front of the door and it took me like 40 mins just to get my clothes on and try to move the couch. But he woke up and I told him I had to leave. That took another hour And a half just to get in my car cause he was crying still messed up not wanting me to leave blocking my way to the car. I eventually was able to leave and sneak back in the house at 5:30am. But I never told anyone what happened that night..... I later broke up with him which took a grueling 6 months cause I was afraid how he’d act if I cut him off right away. I was trying to do it for the best of us, but he still tried to keep me in his room for hours and wouldn’t let me leave and kept throwing me down on the bed and wouldn’t let me up. And forcibly gave me oral, and tried to throw my car keys over the balcony and accusing me of cheating..... but I bet he still tells everyone he was the victim
And with the last boyfriend one of the last times we ever got drunk together he chained me to his bed and had sex with me and said he was gonna leave me there all night and all day tomorrow til after he gets off work. But he didn’t thank goodness. But every time he was in a position to prove his trustworthiness he would take advantage of me.
I was drugged at a bar and blacked out. When I woke up the next day I was alone in my apartment and knew I had been raped. I found out later that day that it was my bf. He didn't drug me, but he took me home and raped me. And felt 100% justified in doing so. I was unconscious the entire time. His words to me: I wanted sex and you're my girlfriend.
I stayed with him for another 6 months and it wasn't until 10 years later that I started to deal with it.
