A tip here incase you did not know yet Noble when you are capturing pals status effect such as the "stun baton" or "poison crossbow" , the " fire Crossbow" work very effective on them and increases the % in capture rate.
As these weapons are not meant for raw damage but instead to ware them down enough when they have full HP and have high defense it is great for low level player vs High level Pals, Choosing ether status is fine to use I go with poison since some fire Pals have small damage resistance to fire status but applying both status will double the effect and triple if you add in Stun baton electric effect when it comes to capture rate,
Please bare in mind for each Status that kicks in the Pals will build resistance to them so it will be harder to apply it again but by then they should be low enough for the capture just don't apply them again when they are too low HP other wise the risk of them dying will be very high I am sure you have experienced it many times with Pals on Fire.

Kinda takes away the challenge since you're capturing literal bosses with tens of thousands of HP, so maybe don't use them. Me personally, I'm using them. I feel like they deserve a chance to redeem their horrible actions by dealing with their former minions.
Also, the reason you're having troubles catching anything is due to a glitch with the effigies. Instead of raising your catch rate, they LOWER it.

As much as I like having powerful Pals, Lyleen (& Lyleen Noct) are the ones I want to keep in my party. But until i can get the Jetragon mounts, they'll have to stay at base.

Bet that Pal sphere production will increased with the help of a fox named Vixy, if Noble catches one.
Unfortunately Vixy only digs up low quality balls. The pal isn’t going to replace all of those Hyper Spheres Noble used.

Since according to lore, you need human DNA to create pals (Shadowbeak for example was directly created by accidentally introducing human dna into a superpal breeding experiment - not that way sickos, the guy violently died and I assume his blood got into the cloning vats), breeding pals with humans should actually yield you entirely new, special pal species.

You can catch the bosses. I've got all 5 of them. You just gotta look up the glitch for it. I hope they keep it in the next update it's a nice little bug to play with
If you get wanted by the authorities and then go into the boss battle...as long as you don't attack anyone and wait, the bosses AI breaks and you can catch them even though its 0%...I did this for Lily and Zoe...

There's a glitch that lets you capture tower bosses. Currently have Zoe and Grizzbolt, taking care of my electric bill at my base.

Thankfully patch 1.4.1 fixed the issue with the capture rates being lower than they appeared.
I don’t know if you heard, but there is an issue with increasing your capture power I think they said instead of increasing it it’s doing the opposite affect 😅

@lost pause 2 - As bad as this sounds noble. There's a catch rate bug with the lifmunk effigies. Increasing ur catch rate at the moment isn't the best idea. Some of ur failed pal spheres r because of the bug.
Lyleen boss should have had 69420 health to be honest, they messed that one up
