@@jessicawolf777 I researched every detox food, tea & vitamin. If I can’t sleep, I get out of bed and do something. There are natural stress and sleep pills that may be of help. THC, Meditation, motivational videos, Hot baths, essential oils and Crystals are my saving Grace.
I gained 20 pounds but that’s easy compared to being chained to a drug.
I stopped chasing an x that I truly loved for 15 years, and set myself free. I'm a 66 year old virgo man. This reading hit home.
I learned that self trust was built from not self abandoning. Showing up for myself creates the safety I was looking for in others. I guess I learned the true meaning of self love.
My greatest achievement in 2023 was fully severing from an abusive relationship and reclaiming my power.

I ended a thirteen year relationship with a narcissist three years ago. In that time I have quit smoking cigarettes, started eating healthy, reversed several health problems and have started healing and actualizing myself. Through all this, I have fought for disability (and won), had to find safe places to live while holding myself to the highest standard. Spirit has had my back the whole way but it has been the biggest challenge of my life.
Two weeks ago, I had a gender affirming surgery which I am currently recovering from. So much growth. So much work.
I am thankful for your channel as it has helped me at several points to keep going. I am stronger than I have ever been and I attribute that to Source and self love. I feel connected to your channel and would love a personal read from you.

My greatest achievement of 2023 was leaving a toxic work environment even though I wasn't quite sure how the next step would line up. I ended up getting a job helping others learn steps of mindfulness and healing.
I also took an art class and ended up having an art show in a gallery at Seattle Center.!
In the last year I set out to be sober and more present. I resentfully celebrated my 1st year sober anniversary

Last year I really embraced my healing journey... regained my independence after leaving an unhealthy relationship, left an unhealthy job atmosphere, worked with a therapist to refind myself and work through unhealthy thought patterns, and restrengthened my relationship with my son! I'm really glad this question cane up -I haven't stopped and looked at what I've accomplished... and, it's also good to know I wasn't fully alone on some of these battles (based on others reaponses)! ❤

So amazed at all the wonderful accomplishments everyone's commented about! 2023 was truly an incredible year for so many. For me, 2023's goal/word was "value." - It was a year of learning what my self-worth and personal value are, what I value, how to value my time and energy, how to value my talents and so much more. All of it is now coming into 2024 with this year's words/goals being "action, bravery, self-confidence."

Freed myself from abusive patterns & co dependancy between my daughter and I..in my seventh year of sobriety and spiritual growth year from when I got sober at the age of 44...now 52 and chasing lifelong dreams i could never pursue before from my addictions cage...Breaking chains everyday and helping those who wanna do the same.
At age 55, I’ve learned to love Jesus and include him in my life everyday. I’m very grateful.

I am 78 yrs young and a retired floral designer / florist. The last few years I have made some Christmas wreaths and sold them on Facebook marketplace. This year I wasn't going to do it as the arthritis in good hand is pretty bad. Anyway I decided to make a few to use some supplies. Once I got started I couldn't stop and really got into it! Then I heard my granddaughter and her husband business went up in flames from the place next door to them! They lost it all. A friend started a go fund me page for them. So then I knew I had to take my energy and make wreaths as a fund raiser for them! So I did just that! In 3 weeks I made about 25 24" wreaths that I sold for $30 each 20:28 and other arrangements. I had help from my realtor friend that posted them on her page ! I ended by send my granddaughter a check for $1000. For Christmas!
my greatest achievement is seeing postive in an extremely negative situation that has happened in 2022 to my life forever
i had 2 big wins in 2023. The first was in september when I took bus for the first time in 31 years. This might seem strange to you, but I suffer form severe angziety and public transportation is one of the biggest fears. At the end of the year I was selling my homemade dreamcatchers on 2 different markeds, and got so much positive feedback from people and sold many of them. 🎉🎉🎉❤❤

I always really appreciate your guidance! Here's my story. In 2018 I was given 50% chance to live 2 more years. It been slow steady upward growth from an alcoholic based co-dependent dead self, to happy independent person. I recently moved across the country and can settle anywhere i wish to once I find the spot! I just don't know where to go. I can now be happy anywhere, but I don't really know what my ultimate location would even be like, except for there will be flowers!!! I wish I was confident on what I wanted to do. Start a business, travel find a quiet spot to garden and live with animals all sound fun. lol
