Pile 2 makes so much sense I have been struggling with my new set of boundaries and not being a people pleaser which has resulted in me having to let a friend go and feeling very misunderstood and struggling with if I made the right choice but this just clarified that I did the right thing and that the two friends I have and my family are my true tribe ❤ I’ve always felt bad for triggering others and felt like in a way I was bad luck but I just wasn’t meant to have those people in my space thanks for this! 😊

you're not "bad luck", no one is, the bigger your light, the bigger the shadow you'll show someone bcs sometimes people feel triggered even by kindness or good traits bcs they realize the ways in which they don't have/repress those bcs of their own beliefs and wounds about them, even besides that, in general triggering people is just about how their wounds are impacted by traits or gestures of yours or by your own wounds and how they show up, it's not about you, everyone's meant to be a mirror for those around them, sometimes people just don't like what you reflect back to them, but it's not about you, it's about them and their own wounds and beliefs, they may think or say it's about you, but trust me they're just unconscious about the way you/the world reflect back to them what they don't wanna see about themselves/their wounds, nothing's ever about you, it's just about how diff parts of you interact with diff parts of others and what you show them, how you make them think about themselves/others and how you make them feel, ofc, so even when someone judges, criticizes or hurts you, it's about how your own traits, gestures, patterns hurts their identity (which is the safety of the familiar image of the safe built by the ego over time with proof from the emotions associated with certain memories), their sense of safety, their inner child, how it proves their hurtful beliefs back to them (it's truly just their ego or subconscious looking to prove itself right and find safety through you, even if that safety is hurting them, but we all choose a painful familiarity over something healthier and newer usually bcs familiar means safe to the subconscious and nervous system even if it's toxic or painful), the same can be said about you and the people/things you're triggered by, it's not about them either, it's just about how all things impact each other and how anyone finds a sense of safety, in which beliefs, narratives or identity that happens and how it interacts with others' beliefs, narratives, identity, anyways be careful bcs you may have an identity of being "bad luck" and probably many others (we have plenty since our ego can construct tons and tons from all our feelings associated memories), my advice is to build new beliefs, new narratives and new identities based on new proof from those emotions associated with new memories, envision the belief you wanna have, then let your mind find proof when you feel those emotions again in new memories with those emotions, but for that you have to be very mindful and grounded in your body, present in each moment and there's a big difference between intellectual understanding vs wisdom aka affective understanding and you always need affective understanding, that lets you *feel* your feelings and build those new beliefs and so on through feeling them in your body, not just thinking them bcs that's what you need to do if you wanna scratch deeper than the surface and get into your subconscious mind and nervous system to truly rewire all that does not serve you, shadow work's very helpful imo for finding those beliefs, narratives, identities that hurt you, but working with the nervous system regulation tools, somatic exercises for releasing stuck emotions, creating safety in your body to be able to feel the uncomfortable stuff and stay with it till you let it go, as well as the exercise of creating new beliefs and all that i told you about, it can all help you imo and you made the right decision, trust me, ik it's hard and you may need to grieve a lot over the losses, but trust me abandoning yourself gives you even more grief and other painful emotions and beliefs you reenact even without knowing or wanting to maybe by continuing those patterns, you're doing so well and i'm proud of you, i completely understanding how hard it is and i'm so sorry you feel so misunderstood and that you're struggling, but ik you can do this and i'll manifest for you, sending ya love

Notification squad! Needed this today. I chose pile 2 and yesterday I came home from work and was sad saying "I dislike myself sometimes. I feel like everyone hates me" my bf was telling me that even though what I'm saying is true or correct that I don't understand why I make people mad sometimes. Pile 3: this is just what I needed to hear. I’m currently going through a big life change as a result of finally setting boundaries and expectations, and I was a little weirded out by the lack of guilt or second guessing I experienced immediately after. I’ve been a people pleaser my whole life, and if I wasn’t showing up for someone else whenever I could, I felt like a bad person. But at 30 and with a one year old I want to set better examples for, I finally realized that sacrificing all parts of myself for someone else isn’t being a good person. It’s setting low expectations for myself and hiding behind excuses for not changing my life in the direction I want it to go. I’ve also been struggling with my caregiver career working 40+ hrs a week taking care of kids. I need to discover if this is something I truly want to do or if I chose it because I always thought “good” people went into selfless service job. pile 1, and man, so many messages came through right when shifts are happening in my awareness in the moment. the final CENTERING card just tied it up together beautifully. in India, health and well-being is called SWA-STHA in hindi. Pile 2: thank you for the awesome video!! Really spoke to me on a deep level. About a year about I went to a reiki healer and her main message for me was to " speak up, whatever that means to you" and I never understood what it meant entirely. I feel like pile 2 reading really explains the whole aspect of me having to speak up and to not let others opinions and judgments belittle me and pull me away from expressing my truth. As someone that has dealt with abusive relationships and family my whole life I feel like I didn't even know myself anymore and I'm unable to express who I am because I spent my whole life being quiet out of fear of being hurt by others. I faced some difficulty in continuing (video quality, tarot cards e.tc) so rather than thinking that I'll start when I'll have the best tarot cards or best camera quality. I handmade the rider Waite deck and shoot using my phone. And if I face too much of audio problems I add text rather than audio.. pile 2 here! thank you so soso so sOOO much for this timely message. It really highlighted where I've been holding myself back and places where I haven't been fully accepting of myself. With having libra in my north node, it gets so hard figuring out how to balance between being myself and having a diplomatic approach with sharing and it time that I need to start sharing myself instead of keeping myself small and hermitting.
