I owned a Master from 1993 with a 2.5 diesel engine (atmo, 75hp). Reliable, economic but gutless. Renault was a good brand at that time; by now, they just produce electronic plastic craps like any other car manufacturer does. Dishonesty, scam at its best. Some interesting infos once again. I love your british english accent! Thanks for that.
I do remember Renault Trafic, but don't remember the Master. Trafic looked very modern Van design when it was released. and throghout the 80's. The car tax system here in Finland didn't favour small Vans like the Renault Extra, so didn't see them here. However I do remember seen some Opel Kadett E Combo Vans in the late 80's.
Hi Mate, These Renault Vans were very popular in the 1980's and back then not much diesels about , Petrol engine's were king at the time must people I knew that had small vans and even Transits or Traffic's they were petrol engine's , I remember a local carpet fitters had 2 Bedford ( Vauxhall ) Mk 1 Astra's 1.3 petrol vans a mate of mine had a Maestro 1.3 petrol van and later a MK2 Fiesta 1.1 petrol van and some time I drove a Transit 8 seater minibus that had a 2.0 petrol engine that was fast van/minibus but in the 2000's you try and find a petrol engine van you only had Diesel option and that was no good for some one who was driving local like 5 to 15 miles a day and that is no good for a diesel engine and that why the dash board lit up with engine warnings. I never had a diesel car don't do the mileage. As always a great video Take care😀🛻🚐👍
nice too the Renault traffic, this model available in Malaysia used as ambulance and used weekend van offer in 5 speed manual, in the UK. how many left this van in UK road now

I`m surmising that the Renault Extra was the predecessor of the Kangoo.
