NRK (Norsk Rikskringkasting, or the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation) was pretty much mentored and partnered by their sister organization the BBC since the start, and it shows in their production values. Due to years of generous budgets, they've been able to recruit the best people and do tons of R&D. There's something to be said for publically funded / license funded TV companies that simply don't have to give a toss about commercial viability or profits.
So , they also changed their drummer ? That would explain a lot as to why 'Splid' feels like 70% slower than their previous albums. It's a cool album but I kinda preferred the insanity their previous 3 offered :/
@@Skeimag I didn't want to imply anything like that . I didn't even want to compare the two drummers. It has to do with the different style each drummer has :)
I kind of agree, especially on some of their studio recordings. Here it’s fine I think, but there are three guitars though so it’s a challenge to balance it all.
Should we all just give cudos to who ever mixed this....its sounds fantastic!
The audio guys (the good ones) behind the soundboard gets way too little respect!
Yeah man, sounds awesome, both times I saw them their live mix was stellar, huge props for their sound guys!

Lol, we need Kvelertak to play on Skavlan so the Swedish ppl can hear this awesomeness!
I miss the old front singer. First time i saw Kvelertak was in my backyard at Roskilde festival, an he was just amazing on that Green/Arena stage.

Please come back in Italy
Live at Folken was even better!🤘🏻
Hell yeaaah
Fucking best band. You guys helped me get through college
Likewise, Kvelertak was the soundtrack to my college years and depression treatment. Still is though.
They probably told them not to move from their spots. Seems so unlike them, lol
It's a studio performance, not like there's that much space to move around on.
They always use 3 guitars? I may have "discovered" something here,,, I have always kinda liked the band, but this was badass!
Yes they've had 3 on every album
Killer!
That chorus is so fucking catchy!
Can someone please upload a video of 3:04 - 3:30 in a ten hour loop for me.. thanks
Shiiiiet!
Was this the only song performed? Sound is killer
They have a new drummer too?
:D Tinja&Markku
These guys don't NEED to jump around and hype the crowd up, the music does it just fine!
Who's the new Drummer?
Håvard takle ohr. He used to play in Oslo Ess, El Cuero, Bare Egil band etc. Great guy!
So , they also changed their drummer ?

It`s not due to technical limitations at least, I can tell you that much.

i think the vocal mic needs to be turned up louder, was that a band decision on those levels? or the sound guys bad mixing? or my ears?
I kind of agree, especially on some of their studio recordings. Here it’s fine I think, but there are three guitars though so it’s a challenge to balance it all.
I .miss that fat belly but okay
10 people have no idea of music!
Hey idk just don't get there for me..it's fine but nothing out of the ordinary..
