    I had one of the most amazing supervisor’s who thought me so much but the most valuable teachings she has taught me was relationships are the most important in any aspects of human’s life and she was always on the point. When there are times when I think what I have been thought doesn’t apply here I always go back and remember what this wonderful women said and taught me. Maya Angelou said “I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel”.

    Anyone can go to school, get a ton of degrees and make their resumes look highly qualified for the position that they are applying for and get an interview. What companies tend to overlook, however, is the type of interpersonal skills, loyalty, respect, listening skills, communication tone and non verbal and verbal communication skills that the candidate they are looking to hire has to offer.
    The way we treat people matters and has a direct impact on productivity, positive working environment, team morale and the bottom line. All it takes is one bad apple, especially in a leadership position, to taint the rest; which is why candidate selection is so important. It's not just about what you know. It's more about how you implement it that makes the biggest difference.💛 Great clip Simon. 👏

    Very well said! "Skills" does not just mean technical, creative, or job skills. Skills can be human connections, emotions, and many types of different soft skills. There's more to work than just doing a good job!

    Peace upon us all around the world,
    Employee engagements are providing proper material, atmosphere and workshops.
    Engagments are profitiable to the sorroundings, away from personality development.
    Arrangements are conisdered debit to the trainee production, credits are fraud to the overall quality.
    Examination are on spot within the timeline of framwork, aligned with the waste disposal revenues, usages are stored manually rather than automatically.

    Dear Simon, I've been watching your videos since some time and they are really inspiring. I would really love to work and live in such a world, but unfortunately the reality in most companies is completely different and after having found the videos by Branigan Robertson about "How HR cheats employees" it fell off my eyes and yes, this is the sad reality we live in. Seems it starts and ends with HR.

      I don’t think it starts with HR. HR should be a powerful extension of great leadership. Everyone should be on the great relationships page.

    Since we're talking about work here... I domt know... Im having amger issues about tech now
    Cause of ai.... Ai already makes me feel like im a commodity so...
    And Im in the creative field.
