The proof is that there are no stories circulating showing how EE/EX initiatives improved business metrics. Despite billions being invested over several decades and the constant evolution of HR Tech tools and advice from the ubiquitous HR Thought Leaders, nothing is changing. Do the search, try to find anyone describing instances of EE/EX initiatives that improved business results.
