Amtrak 156 Engine Swapping in Washington, D C

As Chris and I arrived in Washington, we watched our train perform an Engine swap which happens when a train is switching power from diesel to or from electric on the NEC and CSX RF & P Sub. This is train 156 switching from P42DC #206 to ACS-64 #644 from Roanoke, VA to New York, NY. Enjoy!
