This is exactly what I’ve been searching for! I have the same situation with my doggies digging up my strawberries in my raised bed. Thanks so much for a great video!
I found this very useful, thanks. Was planning to build a semi-permanent cage around my raised bed. But after watching your build, I decided on removable panels like yours. They should make it easier to work in the beds. And they look great. Nice job on this.
Thank you for the kind response! One thing I would recommend when you’re screwing the PVC pipes to the bed, only use 1 screw per pipe so you can angle them as necessary. (I sure had to).
This is exactly what I wanted!! My dogs just dig up my raised garden... again! I wanted fence, but needed it removable!! Thank you so much!! Great plan I’m going to make today!!
I love the fact that you can remove the fence to get to the bed to add other plants or weed great idea! the video would have been more helpful however had your wife showed more of YOU and the PROJECT and less of your dogs :( but I still think you did a great job!
I could do that internet thing where I slam you with could of's, would of's and should of's. But no, nice build bro. Looks like it will accomplish what you need. Gratz!
Michelle Ram Yes I used 1 1/2” screws. The 1x2” is more like 3/4” thick rather than 1” thick, so 1 1/2” is just the right length. Just don’t sink the head of the screw in too far or it’ll point out the other end!

My Labrador jumps in my raised bed and eats my precious Broccoli plants.....grrrr!
I came across your video and I think the pvc valves anchors are brilliant. Removable sides! Thanks for the show.
Great Idea. Nice workshop

Exactly what I'm looking to do. Thanks!
Wish I had seen this before I spent 8 1/2 hours building fence panels around my raised beds last week.
Great job, guys! Will def use this next year to keep the chipmunks out. Thanks a lot.
Hey nice job! The PVC trick solves the issue of how to access the bed with a gate.
jaykaysr thanks for watching!
This is a contender, thanks.
So we’re the pipes screwed into the side of the beds from the inside?

Thanks for watching !
How sturdy is the fence? Does it keep your animals out?? Great idea though!! Really clever.
Also, what kind of staples did you use
Great vid great idea thanks for sharing
Will work great for my cats!
The screws are 1 1/2”?
Michelle Ram I might have used 1” screws on the frame. I can check for you if you like
The Crispi’s if you can, that’d be great. I’m going to buy the material now

You shouldn’t use tin snips to cut wire
You’ll put nicks in the blades
chelcy berry the tin snips I used are more than strong enough for the job. Not a single nick happened to the blade lol
2:25 😂
The lady making the video is awful at it. We want to see the video its titled for, not her dog show!
Weird, you’re the only one who thinks so 😘 they take up 30 seconds of a 7 minute video- nice try though miss Tabooli
