  • Bengali-Style Fish Curry:
    This is a delicious recipe for a fish curry. Inspired by my mothers cooking (who happens to be the best chef I know) this rich and flavourful fish curry is something everyone should try!     Ingredients:
    2 medium onions (diced)
    3 cloves garlic
    1/2 tin peeled plum tomatoes (blitzed)
    8 baby potatoes
    Four fillets of salmon (or fish of your choice)
    1 tsp panch puran
    2 tsp curry powder
    Salt to taste
