Y'know, unfinished castle town feels like a _different_ town. Like one you'd visit, and get mild culture shock from. People moving from place to place, carrying groceries or tools or whatever, everything in motion. Feels almost russian? or german? a busy, bustling little town, but a town where people will always make time to speak with you if you're friendly.
