sorry to be off topic but does any of you know a way to get back into an instagram account?? I was dumb lost my password. I appreciate any tricks you can offer me
@Richard Angelo i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site thru google and im trying it out atm. I see it takes quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
I love watching your tutorials. You make it so enjoyable. You explain stitches with simplicity and you flow through your knitting and crochet. Thank you for making it relaxing and fun 😊
Hi Marly! I picked up knitting last fall as a Covid-19 project and thought I would knit hats for the United Way Koats for Kids. I knitted this hat and just absolutely loved it; it was a lot easier than I thought it would be thanks to the repeats. On thing works very well for me was instead of using my left needle to pull the butterfly section through, I used a crochet hook. Easy to watch and learn video. Thank you!
Thanks for showing us how to do that stitch. I looked at the pattern and then just scratched my head. That yarn with the gradual color change is so pretty.
I’m so happy you showed how to do this your way because it just turned out beautiful. Also by you doing the multiple repeats the way you did it just sunk in great. Thank you so very much. I think all of the repeats is what I needed to get it to sink into this stubborn brain of mine ha ha Ha Ha and I do prefer the knit two together that you showed better. And when you showed it using knitting flat it gave me the brainstorm to make a scarf to go with it. I’m going to make a scarf for the homeless shelter my synagogue supports we make hats and scarves bravo girlfriend #MarlyBird
John, you actually learn more in this video than you would have in the class. The class for for the double brim more than how to knit this hat. :) I am happy that I can help you with the pattern.
This is an absolutely beautiful Pattern and I can’t wait to make it for my nieces… I’d love to make one for my great-niece as well…she’s 5, any pattern in her size for this? Thanks! If not, I’ll probably see if I can’t just figure it out for her size but Id feel better if someone had it figured out already! Lol! Thanks again!
I love this hat! I knit about 3-4 inches last night and it is too big for me. I wish I understood sizes and knitting when I look at a pattern, I made the My First Knit Socks and they were so huge on me I was so disappointed, am I am very tight knitter too. I wasn’t thinking about extended family like aunts or I wouldn’t have pulled them apart! I was angry 😤 lol I did two color stripe with a single black row in between each row. I regret pulling them apart.
Hi Marly🙋 ?? Question... When counting down 3 rows for the butterfly loop, are you counting the stitches on the needles as the first row and then continue down for rows 2 and 3? Thanks in advance for the answer
Yes, I did. The pattern didn’t specify if it was three rows down after the row on the needle or not. So I went with on the needle. But I could count 3 rows after the row on the needle and it would look lovely too.

Can you demonstrate how to knit the red heart time off slipper sock?
Thought this was an actual pattern from loop yarn. Cute hat though👍
Hi I am knitting with two needles. I supposed the knit stitches will be purl to establish the pattern?
Mine was looking like moss stitch
Hi Marly, I’m new to knitting. In this video do you give a list what yarn and needles to use?

@@MarlyBird Thank you. I consider myself an "adventurous beginner" (lol) So i will start this hat today after my dinner🤗. Once again, thank you!
May I know what circular needles you are using (brand)?
How do you use double pointed needles? You didn't finish the pattern
Marley where is there a written pattern for this hat?
13th. 😄😄😄😄😄😄😄
Beautiful hat!!!🌻🌷🌼
