I find desiree's backstory really tragic being denied her heart's desire just because of the sultan's jealous wife and under different circumstances granting people's wishes would be a great thing to do considering she was denied her wish but I guess Danny figures he has to stop her because her wishes cause catastrophe and I'm still not sure if she's aware of the chaos she reeks even though her intention is to give people what they want.

Yeah it seems she's not really a bad guy out right just grants the wish of people but like you said they get out of hand
