Trak racer is over priced, and their staff sucks, customer service only exists if you publicly shame them. I have purchased 4 of their products and still own 3 of them(not by choice). The only products I consider junk on my rig are trakracer products. Don't pay more for your aluminum rig, depending on what country you live, you can find it much cheaper. And if you can't, if another company exists in your country, definitely go with them over trakracer. Lastly definitely don't even look at the roundstock products they have, all wobbly junk. Any 2x4 rig would be 100 times better. They pay to be first on the Google search, they DO NOT make quality products or even attempt to provide any service.
@TekTick triple monitor stand I have is junk that casually sags over time(that's with the smallest recommended screens.) Keyboard mouse tray can barely hold a keyboard, notice I did not mention the mouse because it can't hold both. The rally seat is warping and out of shape, it leans back and to the left from getting in and out. It also flexes under braking. There is nothing you can do because they cam only replace these products to fix them. Which won't actually fix the fact that they are over priced junk.
@@jonathanchung7209 What kind of problems did you have? In terms of the aluminium profile rigs, they're all pretty much the same build quialty wise (expect maybe hardware like screws, angle connection, etc), so I assume you're referring to something else?

With what products did you have problems? I could try to rely feedback to them and see if they can make improvements.
Most other options if available are way better than trak racer. If they fix their product, it still doesn't fix their company.
