Super glue your stitches before skating! It's a must. So even when you wear down the glue it makes a button head so the panel won't pull away. And once you start getting a wear spot or a tear in a panel, ill add a drop of super glue each day to keep the suede frome tearing. Once suede starts getting a weak point, the grip tape just starts to rip.

@@christianflores if you can make it in an easy hard shell applicator in gel or liquid form that's cheaper than gorilla glues Super Glue then you'll have the market cornered! My biggest issues with other brands other than gorilla glue SG is the cap gets dried up, it is hard to apply super glue in small amounts, and they turn white sometimes.

There’s a different sb version that’s all suede and it might last a bit longer, Nike doesn’t always carry that many options for sb’s so they don’t always have to em

I dont know but I feel when a wearing mid tops to skateboarding, wherever brand you use, I feel more comfortable and secure ankle, some people like it, some people can't skate mid tops or hi tops. And the end of the day all is about personal preference.
My Shane o niels lasted like 2 weeks(maybe could have gone another week but I just use them for work now) and these are 3 weeks in and still looking new. One of the most comfortable Nike's. I think I might just be light footed or something but i don't find the insoles uncomfortable but could be better I guess

Vans are some of the least durable skate shoes so in reality you are spending just as much due to always having to replace vans.

I been religiously skating these shoes been through like 6 pairs i just put a vans insole in them. Haven’t rolled my ankle in them . That the main reason i wear them

They basically revamped all the classics pro skate models to fix more like the originals, upgraded the rubber, and gave every shoe tongue centering straps.

Wait Christian you said vulc usually suck for heelflips cause your foot sits on the outsole, and cupsoles are good for heelflips cause your foot sits in the outsole. But isnt it the complete opposite? Every cupsole shoe usually has built in midsole and the foxing is lower than vulcs, personally i find most vulc shoes better for heelflips than cups.
