Hey sir, Is there any minimum time limit for stretching practice everyday? and secondly does it helps in reducing stomach fats too? bcoz its a bit difficult for me to perform this basics, though i do practice regularly since 2 months to improve myself but while practicing most basics i can feel my bit heavy upper body weight on legs. Plz help out!🙏
20 minutes of stretching is enough in my opinion and sometimes is better rest for a day cause body need to regenerate. And it will not reduce stomach fats but it is extremly healthy. To reduce stomach fat you have to regularly run and strengthen your body and ideally have some diet. When you endure regular excercise and healthy diet for few month you will be in perfect condition.
