super good. I cant tacel a revers rotation back flip. so you run turn hard left then right then left so powerswing your right leg get the rotation, do a full rotation and in a backflip kick spin. sorry for the spelling, not all can read

I love Master Song’s tutorials! But when it comes to flipping please go to a coach or gym maybe a trampoline first to avoid injury. This progression will not work for 99.9% of us. I doubt Coach Song learned his flip this way without the support he mentioned. Good luck.
