For 200 Eur you're going to struggle for a mini pc. Best bet is to get a used refurbished i7 desktop pc off eBay, then stick a used graphics card in. Gmktec have a 5600u/ 5800u ryzen for a reasonable price, that might be your best bang for buck for minipcs, but unsure how many FPS it'll give you in cyberpunk 🤔
