This is the video I’ve been waiting on all week! I made this right away (I had everything on hand except the sprinkles). Girl…you are a MAGICIAN. This was BOMB. That Starbucks drink was nothing but a bland mess. I used Voltesso and the Torani Puremade almond syrup *chef’s kiss*

@@maisonmalli I have tried it a few times and it’s good. But..almond extract is very strong so I only use 1/2 tsp or less. I also subbed the sugar for milk street caramel brûlée in my last drink. It was very good!! Today, I decided to use the caramel brûlée with vanilla extract for a snickerdoodle cookie latte. Yum!!!

I had heard from friends this drink at starbuck's was disappointing. But I like you version and will give it a try! I really like the chestnut praline latte, toasted white mocha, and irish ream cold brew. So I would love to see you recreate any of these!

I forgot to add that instead of Toriani, which is great- I used a homemade version of orgeat that I found. It’s made with almond milk, extracts, sugar (of course) and orange flower water! 🌸
This looks delicious! I use Fairlife milk since it’s half the sugar as regular milk. I’m on low carb but i hate almond milk in lattes.
I love the one from Starbucks, it's June right now and I'm dying without it. Been trying to make them at home but not a single one resembles it to me. I made yours and it's the closest I've tried so far! Idk what they do with theirs but it's got me.

I tried the Starbucks peppermint mocha it’s too sweet so I created my own so good using unsweetened coco powder some extra peppermint flavor. So so good.

The first time I tried it I got it iced with 2% milk and it was pretty good, I just don't love the starbucks blonde roast espresso. The second time I got it with almond milk and it definitely wasn't as good. I'm going to try your version now cause it sounds way better!!
I've never had the blonde espresso but I've had the regular espresso but in ristretto style shots for the Iced Shaken Espresso with the brown sugar syrup and it was so good. But I've also heard that the iced version of this drink does taste better with either 2% milk or oat milk. I'm not a fan of oat milk and almondmilk. So when I try this iced I'll be getting with 2% milk.
This is actually one of my favorite holiday drinks from Starbucks but I’ve never tried it iced, I’ve only tried it hot. I recently tried the Irish Cream Cold Brew and I loved it as well. The Chesnut Praline Latte is calling my name so I’m going to try that one next.
I agree! I had just posted I prefer this drink hot at Starbucks and not with almond milk I like it Breve’! Try the chestnut latte’ … you won’t regret it! It in a way reminds me of warm Honey Nut Cheerios and espresso had a baby!

I’m going to try the latte your way tomorrow! I’ve had the Starbucks version twice, once cold with almond milk and once hot and breve’ and I prefer it hot and breve’. The original way the almond milk waters down the flavor too much. I feel like when it’s hot I also get a buttery note in the drink. Thanks for sharing!
Oh yes! That’s lovely! Sugar cookies have buttery flavors and the iced one didn’t have that. Looking forward to trying this drink hot
I didn't like it either cold but hot was delicious.
I did have the SB version on Friday with oat milk. It was not overly sweet and pretty decent. I MIGHT order it again if I were in a pinch for a latte. But I can also live without it.

In Canada it’s the sugar cookie oat latte (made with oat milk) and it’s delicious! So sad it’s not the same in 🇺🇸 🥺

My local Starbucks was out of Almond milk, so opted for oat milk and an extra shot of expresso.. must say this drink is so much better with oat milk!

I tried the sugar cookie and the caramel brulee and the parline one and they taste like nothing which was sad...but I will say the parline one in a frapp tastes good it was like christmas vibes...but I am gonna try ur receipe 😊😊

Im new to nespresso and the aeroccino 3 milk frother. Could you have put the brown sugar/milk /vanilla in the frother? I want to make a frothed sweet cream like this!
Do NOT put sugar into your aeroccino. I really only put syrup and milk in there

I wonder if last year's was different, because it's my favorite drink this year and I have no idea how they managed to get it to taste exactly like a sugar cookie. I do it hot with oatmilk for extra creaminess though.
I've been wanting to try making it at home though, I like how your recipe can be made totally dairy-free. The other recipe I have been seeing calls for making a simple syrup with browned butter. Which I'm sure is delicious, but sometimes I don't wanna worry about the dairy.

I tried the sugar cookie almond milk latte and I was so disappointed. To me, almond milk is very thin and almost watery-not a fan. I could barely taste the sugar cookie flavor. When I think of a sugar cookie I think of those thick cookies with the yummy frosting you find at the grocery stores. Lol but it really tasted like nothing. I want to try it with oat milk and an extra pump of syrup next time…maybe. It just wasn’t my fav, I’d rather order the chestnut praline if I’m going to Starbucks!

Well boo if u want a lil sweet treat, this is it lolZ I don’t mind almond milk. I’ve used it for lattes before; it’s just very specific
They are supposed to shake the almond milk before making your drink, if the don't shake the almond milk well enough that will cause the the almond milk to be watery. I heard that some people are getting this drink with one to two extra pumps of the sugar cookie syrup.
