It's easier. Less enemies spawn and he gets to actually try to avoid what he wants and use the resupply as he needs. I literally have to run supply pack and just run off solo to do objectives most of the time because people don't know how to pick fights and leave ones that are too much. They'll sit in a forever fight using all the reinforcements within the first 10 minutes
Keep the commentary please, I am personally a new player to hell divers 2 the way you talk about the game, what you do & how you do it much needed especially with this patch rolling out
@@drogenfeld Once they raise their butts it is pretty much over, you have to kill them before they have the chance to call, once they do it is pretty much instant no matter how fast you kill them.

Quick tip when looking for side objectives: you can place a marker on the map, and if it hits a side objective it will mark it, even if you havent discovered it yet. I tend to do this early on to find stalker nests to take them out early.
Additionally; Side missions show up on the drop selection screen! The same aura we see on the revealed mission is there for the hidden ones. Once you drop in and check your map, there will be red auras that have disappeared telling you exactly where the mission is. Notable exceptions include: spore spewers have a v small aura on map. And automaton bases with AA, Arty, jammers, and any alarm towers that have fabricators will still have auras. If you're missing a missions, a quick tag on enemy outposts may reveal a defended objective

Damn... i was really rooting for your extraction lol. Great video. Like the other people i would say commentary is not a bad thing, as it is the only thing outside of your game performance that can keep or retain an audience.
I really love this video and the timing. With everyone complaining about the nerfs and all the negative feedback for last patch. Showing people the game is 100% still beatable with other stuff is great. I agree commentary would be good.
I like how at 13:12 you very clearly killed the bug before it got the spores off but it still called in a bug breach. I had a commander call one in on me last night without a head. Like I blew it's head clean off but it still called in a breach. Bug breaches really need addressed.
I'm surprised I don't see any comments here saying, "they're not an issue. Just don't get caught, lol. You're not supposed to fight anything. You're playing the game wrong if bug breaches are causing problems for you." Nah, headless bugs shouldn't be able to call in breaches.
@@Robin00607 Well far as gameplay goes that depends on the difficulty, but far as the fiction/narrative goes, the most important thing is the objective. @@MsMirekPL If you mean the mini AT-ST style walkers, then you can kill those with the laser (and any other medium AP weapon, such as the machinegun) by shooting the hip joint of the leg.
So this is the "getting good" that that one dev wants us to do huh? In all seriousness, amazing gameplay managing the absolute hoard of charges and titans the game throws at you now. What's your thoughts on eagle airstrike vs eagle cluster? I've personally found more success with the clusters since it hits a wider spread and still tends to kill all but the tankiest of enemies which usually survive an airstrike anyway. Curios if there's a better argument for airstrikes that I haven't noticed/thought of yet.
Eagle airstrikes damage charger/bile armor, kill the medium armor bugs, destroy objectives, are less likely to teamkill, and have 1 button less on the strategem entry. I used to run clusters too, but the airstrikes are too good to pass up.
I also like it when you do commentaries. It brings personality into the video that you create. Without it, people are not really watching you for YOU. People who watch no commentary videos (at least in my experience) do not stay for the creator. They just watch the video for the info and leave.
The only modules that buff the flamethrower are the first and second of the list (making it land with full ammo and reducing the cooldown by 10%). The trick with it is to aim at one of the charger's legs. Other alternatives include the EAT-17 and Recoilless rifle, which can blow the armor off of a leg with a single shot, letting you finish it off by shooting said leg with your primary weapon. The Spear is another possibility, but as much as I love it it's very finnicky with its lock on and doesn't really work once things get too close, nor is it guaranteed to kill as easily as the earlier options.

I love how they attack without their heads, but the breach thing is definitely BS yes. xD (They don't have perfect tracking either though. It's quite easy to juke them in that state.)
There's a limit to how much they can track you after losing their heads as they can only change direction two times, but yeah it can be pretty annoying with how much damage they deal (3 shot in both light and medium armor, iirc). Warriors can do the same, but they only change direction once and don't deal close to as much damage. On the other hand, Brood commanders are the tier of enemy right beneath the charger, so I don't mind it too much. Rocket devastators are the closest equivalent on the bot side, and they are just as bad if not worse ^^'
@@cruzerionYeah, Rocket Devestators are easily far worse than Brood Commanders. High potential for one shotting you, a threat at any range, and much more armoured.
