- N404KZ AT LOUISVILLE UPS WORLD PORT. This Freighter Queen was delivered to NIPPON CARGO in 2007. Then she was transferred in 2017 to Atlas Air.
She’s showing her age, but still looking and sounding awesome 💪🏻 I was stoked to be right there to catch her pushing and staring as well as that amazing rotate spot 😲
Loved the flashing light salute you got from the crew Jerry. Special.

I remember being on a stripped-down 747 in the maintenance hanger in Team Aer Lingus Dublin when I was with the cub scouts. I always wanted to fly in one, but sadly never got the opportunity. I personally think they are the most beautiful iconic passenger jet ever made. Love your channel!
The Boeing 747 is still one of my favourite aircraft, it’s an incredible piece of engineering and looks majestic.
The 4 engine DC 8’s when starting up, each engine would howl before spooling up. Very fascinating as those engines came to life.
She was and will always be Queen of the skies of the world 🌏✈❤

No they had the flight attendant in the jump seat lean forward and flash the lights! 🤣

@@TC.C I'm almost sure they didn't. They turn off at rotation as the mains leave the ground and a sensor is opened. It's just bugging out. It wouldn't even switch on in the air.
That wasn't flashed on purpose. It turns off as the mains leave the ground. Check out other 747 rotations.
Correct, taxi and runway turnoff lights only illuminate when the air/ground sensing system is in ground mode.
