I still have a lot of problems with how JK Rowling is expanding her universe, but I really did love Leta Lestrange. And I'm sad that she's gone because I think there was a lot of potential there. Beautiful video I hope to see more!
i don't think she's gone. I think all of those people who were "burnt" alive are all captured and now in a prison since Grindelwald doesn't want to waste a wizard's life.
I honestly can hardly find the words to use to describe how I feel watching this video (and i have watched it so many times, over and over since you posted). So much emotion it has managed to elicit from me, i feel like something has pricked my eyes - i almost get tears (no im not lying, lol). I am really feeling the beautiful tragedy of this character, and I only know about her from bits and pieces I have read on the internet. I don't know how you managed to find the absolute perfect song for her, but it captures her so well and pulls at my heart strings. For me I love the whole video, but that part at 2.12 on wards...when the lights dip, and she comes centre stage, and the music changes just a little bit and picks up pace - i repeated watching that part a lot. Also great what you managed to capture between her and newt and Theseus, and the love she felt for both of them. Im really excited to watch the film now, if only for her.

Tina is supposed to be “boring”, just like hermione. However, jk Rowling is writing some really crappy female characters lately so I get what you are saying.
@@tothebbarricades I don't hate her, I just find her completely uninteresting. Leta was so fascinating, and her scenes with Newt were so emotional and sweet.
Same tbh like everyone wants Tina and Newt, but I really wanted to see Newt and Leta end up together. They have a beautiful, deep, and emotional relationship ever since they were little. It’s so clear that both of them had some sort of feelings towards each other. Newt always carried a framed picture of Leta with him and Leta’s affection towards Newt is evident in the second movie. I don’t know how she ended up with Theseus, but she still had feelings for Newt. She was a great character, I’m sad they killed her off, I hope she isn’t dead and manages to survive somehow (even tho that is very unlikely, it makes most sense that she’s dead) 😢 lol sorry for this long comment

Sorry, what do you mean by “fucked up in the end”? Do you know that if it hadn’t been for her interference, Grindelwald would have killed Theseus and Newt? Remember that Grindelwald asked Newt whether Dumbledore would mourn for him? And just when Grindelwald attacked them, Leta bound herself to save them both.
